Hello Everyone,

My name is Steve and I'm new to this forum, but not NUB cigars! I'm 28 years old and live in the noreastern area of Pennsylvania. I have a supportive wife, and an amazing 2 year-old daughter, so I'm truly blessed.

I have always been a fan of an occasional cigar, but lately I've been enjoying 5-6 per week, and simply wanting to get more into the fun of this great hobby.

My other interests include:

My Family
Horror Movies
Comic Books and collectibles
Texas Hold'em Poker
Punk/Ska/Hardcore Music
Golf

My favorite NUB variety is the Habano, but you really can't go wrong with any of the three types! Yum!

Well, I guess that's about it for now. Please go easy on me!

Steve, Im with ya. Horror movies, Zombies in particular, are awesome! Romero will always be the father of living dead; however, I recently tried to watch the new Diary Of The Dead, but it only lasted 20 minutes before I shotputted it straight off my deck. Complete garbage! Tell me you have seen the preview for Quarantine. From what I understand its going to be shot news camera style, and be very intense. Hopefully it will be as good as it looks. Anyways, glad to have you on board here, and great to meet ya!

I was just looking for something in my photobucket albums and came across some zombie photoshops I did...youll prolly appreciate this:

Thanks Maverick and Brian!!!

Romero is the man, and I was able to sit through his "Diary of the Dead", but you're right, it was pretty bad. I did like it more than Land of the Dead though (but that might not be saying much). The original Dawn of the Dead is one of my favorite movies of all time! Day and Night are awesome as well, of course.

I have seen the previews for Quarantine, and it does look great, so hopefully it is!

Attached is a pic of myself with the Godfather of Zombies himself (I had the pleasure of meeting him several times)

Thanks again for the welcomes!

By the way, Brian, I hadn't seen that party poster in a while, makes me want to grow that beard out again, and have another halloween party this year!

Steve, that's awesome you got to meet Romero!

Ahhh, good ole Scranton, Brian tells me they have one hell of a St. Patty's day festival up there. I just know it from the Office and the Penguins farm team.

Did you take your name from Army of Darkness? (With the additional play off of cigar ash...)

Yes, exactly!

I'm a HUGE Evil Dead / Army of Darkness fan (and overall Bruce Campbell worshipper), so the "cigar ash" tie in was a nice added bonus!

Yes, they have a CRAZY St. Patty's day in Scranton, with a pretty nice parade every year. Good times for sure!

I believe it is the fourth and fifth in the country. It still is weird drinking that early in the morning.

Wow, just noticed you live in Plains, Jon, I actually live in Swoyersville, but no one knows where that is, so I just say Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

Next year I plan on going up there for the celebration. Brian went this year and had an awesome time.

I too am a Bruce Campbell fan ever since I saw Army of Darkness. I also love Bubba Ho-tep, that movie was hilarious and a perfect role for Campbell.

Awesome. I watched Army of Darkness all the time when I was growing up, and and am a big Evil Dead / Army of Darkness / Bruce Campbell fan. Have you read either of his books? I read If Chins Could Kill and loved it, but I haven't had a chance to read the newer one yet.

Yes, Bubba Ho-Tep Rocks! I actually saw the movie premier in New York City at the Angelica theater, and Bruce Campbell was there in person to introduce it! That was a great time! I've had the pleasure of meeting Bruce 5 or 6 times, so I'm a really lucky fanboy

Yep, I've read and have signed copies (went to his "book tour" releases for both books) of both books, and they are very extertaining!

I haven't missed an episode of Burn Notice yet!!! Both Bruce and Jeffrey Donnovan are great on that show!

Yeah, they're both great. I hope the show picks up enough hype to get a bigger budget. It's good, but could be a tad bit better, but I love Campbell on there. I love the fact that everytime they show him, he's pounding a beer or some sort of mixed drink.
