So folks,
I wanted to get everyones opinions on some good brews. There are thousands out there and I love trying out new things. For instance if anyone is in the NYC/NY area, you have to try "Mother's Milk" by Keegan Ales. It is AMAZING! You have to try the draft, I will admit, the bottles lose everything the draft has. Another I love is Saranac Pomegranate Wheat Ale. They serve it at my local club. All I can say is that it has the same concept of a Blue Moon, but is so much smoother and creamier.
So I want to know what your favorite brew is, because I want to try it. lol

Sam Adams ANYTHING!!!!!!

If you like Blue Moon have you tried any of their seasonal brews yet? They are fantastic. Full Moon, Honey Moon, Harvest Moon and i forget their spring beers name. They are just as good if not better than Sam Adams.

Red Oak. It is made right here in NC. They had only kegs up to this year. Soon will have bottle. It is a very good beer, Beale.

Check out some of my favorites in this thread:

I have to go to the gym soon, so I cannot afford to reminisce about all the beers I've loved before, tempting me to play hooky and get reaquainted with a few old friends.

Wachusett Brewery makes a Blueberry Wheat Ale which is unreal... the only problem is they only distribute to MA, NY and NJ.... so when i'm at school in PA theres nowhere to get it

Magic Hat #9 -- sadly, can't get it north of the border, so I always try to pick up a case to bring home when I head south ;)

Sam Adams is usually my fist choice. Then I like Rouge's brews, and there are a few local brews that are quite good too.

George, if you get a chance to try the Wachusett Blueberry Wheat Ale, don't pass it up (if you don't mind that type of stuff) It's definitely a perk to being in the NE area....

On top of that, I've found that Harpoon UFO Hefeweizen is always a great match with any cigar

They have Magic Hat #9 on draft at a lot of my local bars. I just never really got into it. Ill try one again later tonight.

it's nasty and bland straight out of the bottle - needs to be in a glass, so you can catch the aroma. but I like it with dark or maduro cigars :D
