View Full Version : Question
I got a box of Nubs the othe day and I dont have room in my humidour for them. What can I do to keep them fresh without going out and buying a new humidour. I currently have them in a freezer bag with a humidit pack.
Any suggestions?

I've been told keeping them under your sink works well

You can also go the tupperware route. A friend of mine has some of his over flow in your regular kitchen found tupperware containter, sealed with a sponge inside and according to him it works just fine.
Here are some explanations for the cheap route: http://www.neptunecigar.com/faq/cigars.asp?a=4&q=62

I agree it sounds like coolidor time. Try this link for how to info.

A coolerdor would only encourage me to go out and buy more cigars to keep the nubs company. Wouldn't want them left alone in a dark scary place like that. But it is definitely a good idea.

Any small cooler or tupperware will work fine. Even that bag you are using just keep a hygrometer and some humidification device in there too (I have used wet tissues for humidification short term)
Thanks for the advice sounds like what i have will work fine. Besides that box will probably be empty in about 24 days

Send them to me. I'll store them for you for a modest 1-cigar-per-week fee.
