Nubtest welcome part deux (8)

OK, I kind of liked that little contest about welcoming in newbies.
This one will get a little complicated. The first person to welcome any new person to the board will be awarded 2 points. Everyone one else who welcomes newbies BEFORE ME will be awarded 1 point.
The first 2 people who reaches 15 points will win a 6 pack of nubs and a Nub t-shirt!
The third person will win the cigars or the t-shirt, winners choice.
The fourth person will win a 3 pack of cigars!

(if the hats come in before this is done maybe we will adjust the prizes)

Ok, I replied to more than 15 people before Skipper did. That's 15 points. :)

I think a stipulation has to be clarified that the newbie sign up after 2:35 PM 7/7/2008. It could be assumed that that was the intention, but without explicit clarification, it could be taken to the extreme as I did. Well, I followed Tanto and xavier's lead, but as with most things, I'm apt to take it too far. I'll go a long way to prove a point.

So, Skip, is it agreed that the newbie must sign up after this announcement? If not, you have my address. :)

I get silly when I drink enough (completely mad when I drink too much).

The assumption guys was that the welcome would be for people who signed up AFTER the contest started, just like the last contest of this type. As indicated by brcrane, it's hardly a welcome if the guy has been here for 4 months and in many cases before you got here!

The first post by ufocafe and several responses to it including mine were posted in the [U]“Finally here...” (http://nublive.com/forum/t860-finally-here.html) thread. Then somebody (maybe even Sam because he was online at the time), cut out ufocafe’s post and the welcomes from EBCIII, brcrane14, me, etc, made a new thread out of them and called it “new here met sam, had a nub”

So I’m saying, with the same logic why not do the same to prijikn’s introduction post (http://nublive.com/forum/showthread.php?p=9077#post9077), which is in the same "Finally here..." thread. Or at least count it in the contest.

Gracias! It has been slow at work the past couple days, so I always had a browser window open....

Since I have ran into a creative block for more NUb shirt designs, I keep looking around here, cigar live and nub cigar trying to get a fresh spark of creative motivation. Once I get fresh design ideas, I will be spending time designing instead of hanging out on the forum all day :-)
