Sam, something just occured to me. In my experience, when I smoke a great cigar, I always burn my fingers and consider that last 3/4" a waste of good tobacco (call me miserly or whatever:o). Now with the NUb of only 4" long and large RG, that's even more the case - larger %age of tobacco would be wasted.

I'm not very familiar with cigar rolling techniques, but I just thought - can't you just put the tips of the filler leaves (which I suppose were going to be disposed) at the last inch to the head of the cigar, so that the "filet" is smoked fully, without burning the smoker's fingers...

If this is possible - think about it for 2009 release. 4 2/3" - 5" no-waste NUb - perhaps torpedo would work best.

a cigar is rolled from "tip to stem" so to speak...as the tip of the tobacco leaf is milder and grows in flavor towards the stem.

A cigar is rolled this way giving it "the build" and to ensure proper burning.

I am working on a "extend-a-nub" accessory line as we speak.
