I took a 6x64 habano to my poker games last night, everyone I play poker with smokes cigars. Without saying anything I took out the NUB, cut it and lit it up without any fanfare. Right away the jokes started, "what they heck is that, a leftover you picked out of the ashtray" and so on. I explained to them this was a newly released cigar and it was really a great smoke. I explained to them (as we were playing) that the amount of tobacco in this cigar is as much as was in a 8x50 cigar and continued to educate them about the NUB. As the night went on the NUB I was enjoying lasted longer the one guys churchill, another's toro, and so on. I also tried ( for the first time the ash trick, seeing how long it would stay on without falling off.) I made it all the way to the band, I tapped the ash off at this point because I was afraid the ash would end up in my lap as I removed the band. Everyone was amazed at how long the NUB lasted and the construction. Of course they asked where we could get the and I recommended Cigars International. I'll wait to see if anyone shows up with one in the next few week. It was fun watching the guys and talking to them about the NUB. :D
