I bought one of each wrapper of the 358. Let me first start off by saying that I was excited by the idea of the NUB yet entirely skeptical. I thought that maybe the hype was too great or that so many good things had been said just to be nice to Sam (seeing as how he is a member of this board). Well I can honestly and without bias say that there is no bullshit involved when it comes to this particular connecticut wrapped cigar (as I have yet to try the other wrappers). I am completely impressed by this short stocky little smoke. I have been known to say that I can no longer enjoy mild to medium bodied cigars, well this NUB has proved otherwise. Although it is a mild to medium smoke (IMO) it is not lacking in the flavor department like so many mild/meduim cigars. I can honestly say it now rivals the Hemingway short story for my "go to" morning smoke. I paired this cigar with a homemade iced vanilla latte and together they were just heaven. The construction was flawless, but the burn was a little off (it was however a little windy). Additionally I noticed that top 25 cigars.com has included all the nubs in their database, I fully plan to post a review of this cigar momentarily (I suggest anyone else who has had one do the same). Thank you Sam, as I have you to thank for the great spring morning I just had.

Nice tasting notes, thanks for sharing!

I bought the 358's myself in the Habano wrapper and love them!

I completely agree with your comments on the CT wrapped Nub. For me, the CT wrapper was lost and would never make my rotation. The flavor that I get immediately from the Nub CT has changed the way I look at CT. It's now one of my favorite smokes. 460 CT to be exact.

I too have tried my first NUb, conneticut. The burn was perfect, smoked for 1 hour. Lots of smoke and plenty of flavor. Mild to med. looking foward to trying the rest of the line, now.
